At FJSD, we understand that health is a critical determinant of individual and community well-being. Access to quality healthcare remains a challenge for many Nigerians, particularly women and children in rural and underserved areas. Our health programs aim to bridge this gap by improving healthcare access, raising awareness, and strengthening community health systems.

WHAT WE DO
  • Improving Healthcare Access: We work with local healthcare providers to expand services to underserved areas, focusing on maternal and child health.
  • Health Education and Awareness: We conduct community outreach programs to educate individuals on preventive healthcare, nutrition, and hygiene.
  • Strengthening Health Systems: Through capacity-building initiatives, we train healthcare workers and equip local clinics with essential resources.
  • Advocating for Health Equity: We advocate for policies that improve healthcare funding, accessibility, and quality for marginalized populations.

  • Maternal Health: Providing birthing kits, antenatal care, and postnatal support for mothers in rural areas.
  • Child Health: Promoting immunization campaigns and nutrition programs to reduce child mortality rates.
  • Reproductive Health: Educating women and youth about family planning, reproductive rights, and sexually transmitted infections (STIs).
Our Impact
