Economic Inclusion

Ensuring equal access to resources and opportunities for marginalized populations, including people with disabilities.

Economic inclusion is central to FJSD’s mission of creating a just and equitable society. Marginalized groups—including women, youth, and people with disabilities—often face systemic barriers to accessing resources and opportunities. We aim to dismantle these barriers and ensure that everyone can participate fully in economic activities.

WHAT WE DO
  • Financial Inclusion: We promote access to financial services such as digital banking, savings programs, and credit for underserved populations.
  • Entrepreneurship Development: By providing training, funding, and mentorship, we support the growth of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) led by marginalized individuals.
  • Inclusive Market Systems: We work to create economic systems that are accessible and equitable, fostering partnerships that include vulnerable populations in supply chains and market opportunities.
  • Policy Advocacy: We engage with policymakers to promote regulations and initiatives that support inclusive economic growth.
Our Impact
  • Enabled over 7,000 women and youth to access financial services.
  • Supported the establishment of over 3,000 women- and youth-owned businesses.
